The Product Pathway Program offers a structured approach to readying stakeholders for product design, prototype development and eventually mass distribution. The goal of this program is to start with the conceptual design of a physical product and end with a finished prototype, technical design and custom packaging.Â
Learning to infuse innovation into the R&D process will enable companies to build fundamentally sound products lines with healthy lifecycles.
The Product Development Pathway is for stakeholder companies seeking to develop a product within the next 12 months.
The Product Development Program kick off is March 25th.
When new stakeholders express interest in product development they sign up with the link below to receive additional information and dates for the next info session and intake dates.
The Product Development Pathway Program provides one place for stakeholders to go from initial design all the way through product development and have all the professionals they need in one program. One of the largest challenges in product development is that several service providers are needed to complete a product. We want to create one ecosystem where all the elements of product development are present and accessible.
Our goal is to teach these companies how to structure their product development and innovation processes.

The Product Development Program aims to support companies in constructing extensive product lines and refining their research and development procedures. Given the individuality of the R&D process for each company, innovating new products empowers companies to craft their innovation processes based on their strategic and competitive capabilities.
Over time, companies will witness the evolution of their product development process, leading to the annual creation of multiple products to bolster a well-structured go-to-market strategy. Ultimately, through this journey, companies will acquire the ability to scale effectively by mastering structured innovation.
